Background
Kathy Hardy is a serial entrepreneur, executive coach, board member and workplace consultant. She has been the driving force in three successful start-up businesses. As a board member of the Galt Foundation, she designs and advises on the organization’s strategies, and works to further the foundation’s goal of improving workplace equity for people with disabilities.
Coaching
As an executive coach, Kathy has brought solutions and consensus to leaders that help form cohesive, engaged teams. In a time of change, leaders often need a refresh on their innate abilities and new strategies to lead new generations of talent. Newly appointed managers also crave additional support as they transition from being a top performer to supporting others in those tasks. Kathy has utilized attribute surveys to identify individual styles and patterns of success for over 10 years with documented success in realizing total potential and removing unrecognized hurdles.
Experience
With over two decades of experience, she has helped lead global staffing organizations ($10M to $280M) that included incorporating coaching practices to develop leaders and assembling highly interdependent specialized teams to rapidly address emerging market needs. In the nonprofit and for-profit world, her innovative business models not only drove business success but moved social mission initiatives forward.
Advocate
Kathy is an advocate for neurodiverse and other overlooked talent groups. Her recent program, Kelly Discover, expanded on previous successes of placing opportunity talent to include individuals on the autism spectrum, second chancers, and Veterans.
